We left for Indiana on Sunday afternoon. It still amazes me how long it takes to pack and load the van. We hit the road around 2:00 and made it seven hours before stopping for the night.
Monday we got on the road as soon as we could and had a nice drive. We are so thankful that the girls are good travelers!
We got home right after dad did, and it's always so nice to get there! The girls ran around and then went down to the basement to play. We unloaded and chilaxed.
Mom got home a bit later, and then Peg and Danny got home in time for a yummy supper. After dinner, Grandmom was in action. First the girls colored eggs. Yep, you read that right. Analise's requested it, and Grandmom said yes.
Look - even Peg had fun!
I wore the red apron when I was young.
And what else would they want to do after coloring eggs? The jet tub of course!
And while the girls are having a blast, the men hang out.
It's always good to be home.
