Some other memories from our time together in CO that just didn't seem to fit in with the other days.
Sunday night we had a family meeting. We went over what the week might look like so we could all be on the same page. Grandma had put together a family scavenger hunt for families to do while they were out and about. Our family proudly came in 3rd. Yep - that would be last. :)
This meeting was full of anticipation for a great week ahead.

Grandma also brought two lizards to play a hike/seek game with them. At dinner she would ask, "Who found Lizzie today?" They showed up in some fun places. If you found a Lizzie, you got to hide it. This continued all week.

I finish this two months after our trip, but I haven't forgotten what a blessing of a week it was. When 2012 comes to an end, and we talk about the highlights of the year, this week will be towards the top!
